In today’s complex and technologically challenging environment, purchasers may not always have the detailed knowledge and experience to ensure that their projects meet the needs of end users and are viable and sustainable throughout the project life cycle. Independent Advocacy, or Customer Friend, can play a significant part in ensuring that solutions proposed by prime contractors provide the needed through-life capability.
