Project Management Services

Our personnel have first-hand knowledge and expertise of managing complex Information & Communications Technology projects at all stages of their life cycle, from concept and assessment through design and manufacture, to acceptance and in-service maintenance.  We will take responsibility for delivery of entire projects or can undertake project management support roles as an integrated part of our Customers' project management teams.

Our staff are familiar with the PRINCE2 project management method, since we use it to manage all our projects.  Based on this capability, we can provide project management services that include:

• Preparation of Invitation To Tenders and evaluation of responses.
• Quality assurance.
• Safety management.
• Independent verification and validation, risk assessment and management, monitoring and control.
• Engineering change management, configuration management.

Our project managers and assisting staff are supported by an extensive intranet-based repository of information and guidance specifically designed to support all project management requirements.
